1General Information & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the Racasino platform and all of its services. Racasino is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive text.

Racasino reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance via registered email or app notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, the option to close your account is always available.

2Account registration requirements and eligibility

To open an account with Racasino, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old — no exceptions.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts sharing the same name, address, mobile number, or payment method are prohibited.
• The information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be completely accurate and truthful.
• Your account is strictly personal. Sharing it with others or operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

For large withdrawals (over ৳1,00,000), Racasino may require KYC verification, which involves submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours and only needs to be done once.

Racasino reserves the right to verify or temporarily suspend any account it deems suspicious. Transactions may be put on hold during this period, but your balance will remain safe.

3Deposit & Payment Terms

Racasino currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit is ৳200.
• Maximum deposit per transaction is ৳50,000 (৳30,000 for Rocket).
• The transaction ID must be submitted accurately at the time of deposit. An incorrect ID may delay the balance being credited.
• Deposits must be made from a registered mobile wallet. Deposits sent from third-party numbers may not be accepted.

Racasino does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — Racasino is not responsible for these.

4Withdrawal Rules & Process

Racasino follows the policies below for all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile wallet number registered to your account.
• OTP verification is mandatory for every withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.

As part of its fraud detection process, Racasino may verify large withdrawals. This verification can take up to 48 hours. Your balance remains secure throughout.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Racasino offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offers page.

General rules regarding bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They will remain in the bonus wallet until all wagering requirements have been met.
• The standard wagering requirement is 3× — a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳3,000 in bets.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• If a new bonus is activated while an existing one is still running, the previous bonus may be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as multiple accounts or false information — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Racasino may modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. However, bonuses that have already been issued will remain subject to their original terms.

6Game & Betting Rules

All game outcomes on Racasino are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Live games feature real-time dealers whose activities are monitored as they happen.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be read before the game begins.
• Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change — the odds displayed at the time you place your bet are final.
• If a bet or game cannot be completed due to a technical error, Racasino reserves the right to cancel it or restart it.
• Racasino reserves the right to review any bet or winnings — suspicious betting patterns will be investigated.

If a match in Sports Betting is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with Racasino's own settlement policy. Full details can be found in the betting rules section for each sport.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Racasino and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using a false identity or fabricated information
• Attempting to exploit the system or place artificial bets to obtain bonuses
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Deposits made using third-party funds, or transactions linked to money laundering
• Attempting to cyberattack Racasino's systems or servers
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor under 18

8Account suspension and closure conditions

Racasino may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation has been found.
• At the user's request — due to self-exclusion or personal reasons.
• For accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months), with prior notice.
• Where Racasino is required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

In the event of permanent account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless that balance is found to be connected to a violation. Users who wish to close their own account may do so through Account Settings or by contacting support.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Racasino places responsible gaming at the heart of its values. Gaming is meant for entertainment — it should never become a source of addiction or financial hardship.

Racasino provides the following protections for its users:

• Personal deposit limit: Daily or weekly deposit limits can be set at any time. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 48-hour waiting period.
• Self-exclusion: Your account can be locked for a set period, ranging from 1 week to 6 months.
• Reality Check: Option to set reminders to take breaks at regular intervals during play.
